Domaine Roger Sabon was founded in 1952 by Roger Sabon and it has since become one of the most revered producers of traditional Châteauneuf-du-Pape. The estate is known for its focus on expressing the pure essence of fruit and terroir, with oak being used sparingly to allow the wines' natural characteristics to shine. Sabon crafts velvety wines that are beautifully concentrated, rich in texture, and refined in finesse, aging them in modern foudrés and select casks to enhance their complexity.

Under the guidance of Jean-Jacques’s son-in-law, Didier Negron has assumed the winemaking. He has further lifted the bar at this already first-class benchmark Châteauneuf estate, producing wines of remarkable depth, elegance, and timeless appeal.
