Champagne J. Lassalle
Owned by Angéline Templier and her mother, Chantal Lassalle, this esteemed domaine traces its origins back to 1942, when Jules Lassalle, a visionary pioneer, established it as one of the first independent grower-producers in Champagne. Today, the family cultivates 16 hectares of exclusively Premier Cru vineyards, yielding approximately 125,000 bottles of exceptional Champagne each year. Half of their vineyards lie in Chigny, while the rest are scattered across 60 meticulously tended parcels in neighboring villages. Their vines encompass all three classic Champagne grape varieties, with Pinot Meunier making up 50% of plantings, and the remaining half evenly divided between Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
EMWM shares a deep and enduring partnership with this remarkable producer, whose unwavering commitment to quality and craftsmanship results in a Champagne of remarkable elegance and finesse. Imported since 1996, these wines continue to captivate with their distinctive character and consistent excellence.
