Founded in 1920 by Arsène Amiot, Domaine Guy Amiot & Fils is a cornerstone of Burgundy’s viticultural legacy, now under the stewardship of Thierry Amiot, the fourth generation of this esteemed family. A staunch advocate of natural viticulture and traditional élevage, Thierry’s commitment to quality and terroir is evident in every bottle.

The Domaine is renowned for its exceptional value in Saint-Aubin, alongside first-class holdings in Chassagne-Montrachet, which include prestigious Premier Crus such as Chaumées, Les Champsgains, Les Vergers, and Les Caillerets. Adding further prestige, the Domaine produces the rare and outstanding Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Demoiselles and the monumental Le Montrachet Grand Cru, making this one of the most serious and distinguished domaines in the region.

Amiot wines are a beautiful balance of richness and tension, showcasing the purity of orchard and stone fruit flavors while revealing a mineral complexity that deepens with age. Oak is used judiciously, enhancing the wines without overpowering their elegance. The result is a collection of wines that are both classy and full of vibrant character, embodying the very essence of Burgundy.
