Today, Vincent Dauvissat continues the family’s legacy with an unwavering commitment to excellence, crafting wines of extraordinary character. While oak is utilised in the cellar, it is old and applied with restraint -never to overpower, but to subtly enhance complexity and dimension. Some of the barriques in use are over 30 years old, a testament to the domaine’s philosophy of refinement over opulence.

Meticulous bio-dynamic viticulture and vineyard management, with deliberately low yields ensure that each bottle is a profound expression of terroir. These wines are never flashy in their youth; rather, they are taut, chiseled, and structured with remarkable tension.
