The Domaine Tour Saint Michel, a family property, was created in 1930. Michel Fabre, founder of the Domaine, acquired the first vines. Then, Henri Fabre, his son, took up the torch. Helped by his wife Eliane who developed and enlarged the Domaine. Today, 30 hectares are exploited in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Since 2007, Mireille has managed the vineyard in accordance with family tradition, bringing a more modern style. Her daughter, Magali, joined her in 2018.
