The history of Domaine Thibert is nothing short of legendary, with roots that trace back to at least 1668, firmly anchored in the heart of Fuissé village. Andrée and René Thibert, both hailing from long-established winemaking families, began their journey in 1967 with a modest plot. Today, Domaine Thibert remains a cherished family-owned estate, with 22 hectares of Chardonnay vines nestled in the picturesque landscapes surrounding Fuissé.

The estate has been farmed organically since 1998, embracing sustainable practices that focus on low yields achieved through short pruning. This, combined with a careful and restrained use of oak and minimal filtration, results in a collection of wines that are as compelling as they are refined.

Domaine Thibert’s wines are a perfect balance of richness and finesse, offering vibrant flavors with a fine, mineral-infused taut structure. They convey an exceptional sense of place, with each bottle serving as a testament to the terroir of Fuissé. With their complexity, elegance, and exhilarating character, these wines stand as an exciting reflection of the estate’s dedication to both tradition and innovation.
