
Château La Gaffeliere
Nestled in the golden triangle of the appellation between the slopes of Pavie and Ausone, the vineyard of Château La Gaffelière, extends over 22 hectares. Viticulture is lutte raisonee, manual harvest the grapes are placed in 10 kilo crates which are cooled to 8°C. The vineyard is planted to Merlot 975% and Cabernet Franc (25%). Natural ferments in stainless steel followed by traditional barrel maturation for 16-18 months. Very limited.
